Technical Support Assistance - 1 Hour Remote Support Session (Requires 48Hour Prior Appointment)

The AVLinkPro Support team will remotely guide the connectivity and basic setup of any AVLinkPro system beyond the initial 1st hour of setup. This service level is designed to support up to 6 endpoints. Please look to add additional time if required.

Level B Deployment (7-16 Endpoint basic) (AVPDP2)
Technical Support Assistance - 2 Hour Remote Support Session (Requires 48Hour Prior Appointment)

The AVLinkPro Support team will remotely guide the connectivity and basic setup of any AVLinkPro system beyond the initial 1st hour of setup. This service level is designed to support up to 16 endpoints. Please look to add additional time if required.

Level C Deployment (17-30 Endpoint basic) (AVPDP3)
Technical Support Assistance - 3 Hour Remote Support Session (Requires 48Hour Prior Appointment)

The AVLinkPro Support team will remotely guide the connectivity and basic setup of any AVLinkPro system beyond the initial 1st hour of setup. This service level is designed to support up to 30 endpoints. Please look to add additional time if required.

Level D Custom Audio Output to Amplifier/Stream (AVPAMP)
Technical Support Assistance - Remote Support Session (Requires 48Hour Prior Appointment)

The AVLinkPro Support team will remotely guide the connectivity and trigger needed to enable an external audio system
to trigger paging or audio tones from an AVLinkPro system. Crestron Home systems will also require the SIPAHOY platform driver to make this function properly.
